Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Deploy Agents Inc ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Description of Service

Deploy Agents Inc provides AI-powered managing agent services for small businesses. Our AI managing agents handle customer communications, bookings, inventory management, and other business operations through messaging platforms including WhatsApp, Line, and Telegram.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business to these terms. By using our service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.
• You must provide accurate and complete business information during onboarding.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in abusive behavior.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

AI-Generated Content

Our managing agents use artificial intelligence to generate responses and perform tasks. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying critical business communications and decisions made by your AI managing agent.

Payments and Billing

• Subscription fees are billed monthly through Stripe.
• Prices are subject to change with notice as outlined in your pricing tier.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your service.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the service are owned by Deploy Agents Inc and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your business data remains yours.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deploy Agents Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
